Do I bring my vehicle to MoveMobility first?
Yes. Everything starts when you bring your vehicle to MoveMobility. Our team will check it over and create a clear plan to handle all your service needs in one go.

Will I receive a quote before work begins?
Yes. You will receive clear pricing and a quote before any work moves ahead.

What happens if outside service is needed?
If additional service support is required, the right service partner will be involved, while the process continues through MoveMobility.

Who is this service program for?
This program is designed for customers who rely on accessible vehicles, including organizations, community services, and transportation providers across Manitoba.

How will I know when my vehicle is ready?
You will be notified when all the service work is complete, including the work provided externally, so you know exactly when to come pick up your vehicle.

Where do I pay and pick up my vehicle?
Once the work is complete, you will receive the final invoice and pick up your vehicle through MoveMobility.

What happens if you submit the form?

We understand that you don’t want to receive multiple phone calls, emails or spam. You just want to speak to a commercial mobility specialist who can answer your questions about accessible and mobile medical vans.

If you submit the form or request more information from us, here’s what will happen:

  • Within one business day, you’ll receive a phone call from one of our commercial mobility specialists at the phone number you provide. Click here to Meet the Team.
  • If we miss you on the phone, you’ll receive a voice message to call us back. You’ll also get an email to let you know we tried to connect but missed you.
  • Once we’ve connected, your commercial mobility specialist will have a few questions for you to understand what type of vehicle you’re looking for help with.
