Yes. Ram provides under-hood jumpstart posts, and those are the recommended connection points for jumpstarting the ProMaster.
Connect red to the Ram ProMaster, red to the donor battery, black to the donor battery, and black to the Ram ProMaster ground post.
After connecting the cables and starting the donor vehicle, wait about 1 to 2 minutes before trying to start the ProMaster.
If you have to jumpstart your ProMaster often, it may be time to have the battery and vehicle checked.
