The Digital Marketing Strategist takes complete ownership of our digital presence from insight driven concept to flawless execution. This senior role is responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable business growth. The Marketing Strategist blends strategic thinking with hands-on expertise across email, social, web, and paid media to position Move Mobility as the Canadian leader in accessible, life-changing mobility solutions.

Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution •Develop and execute a forward-looking marketing calendar across, email, social, media and digital channels. •Plan and schedule weekly social posts, monthly email campaigns, and quarterly initiatives tied to product launches or funding cycles. •Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns with segmented content, clear CTAs, and automated workflows to drive lead generation, while ensuring they align with the broader marketing strategy. •Develop and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand messaging in partnership with the Copywriter and Content Manager. •Oversee updates and contribute hands on key web pages, product listings, landing pages, and blog content in WordPress, coordinating with freelancers or developers when needed. •Ensure and implement standards for accessibility, brand alignment, and audience relevance for healthcare, transportation, and institutional decision-makers Lead Management & CRM Support •Oversee smooth lead capture, integration, and assignment between HubSpot and Salesforce. •Ensure CRM data accuracy, resolve integration issues, and support attribution tracking across campaigns. •Collaborate with the Sales team to improve lead workflows and follow-up strategies. Creative Assets & Collateral Development •Conceptualize and create marketing materials using Canva or Adobe InDesign, including brochures, one-pagers, banners, web graphics, and ads. •Plan and support execution of new product launches with digital and print-ready materials such as landing pages, imagery, email campaigns, and sales tools. •Manage promotional inventory and branded apparel for staff and partners, ensuring items are current, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards. Trade Show & Event Marketing •Coordinate all marketing aspects of trade shows and events, including booth bookings, collateral preparation, shipping logistics, and branded displays. •Collaborate with Account Executives to tailor materials to specific markets and support lead capture and follow-up after events.

HubSpot & Salesforce – For email campaigns, lead tracking, marketing automation, and CRM management. WorrdPress – To update website content, product listings, and landing pages. Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) – For post scheduling, content publishing, and engagement. Adobe Creative Suite & Canva – To design branded materials, graphics, and social content. Asana – For managing marketing calendars, project timelines, and task coordination. Google Workspace & Microsoft Office – For reporting, collaboration, documentation, and content planning.

Within the first 6–12 months, you have established a cohesive, measurable digital strategy that consistently generates qualified leads, increases brand visibility, and informs leadership decisions.
