Matt Strength is a Business Development Manager at MoveMobility, helping public transit agencies, municipalities, regional health authorities, and community organizations across Eastern Canada improve access to transportation.
From small towns adding their first wheelchair accessible van to regional systems growing their paratransit fleets, Matt works alongside organizations of every size to find vehicles that keep riders active in their communities, regardless of their mobility level.

For Matt, this work is personal. Seeing both his grandmother and his father face mobility challenges showed him how the right mobility support can help people maintain their independence, dignity, and connection to the people and places that matter most. Those experiences continue to shape the way he works with every customer today.

Matt brings years of business development experience helping organizations turn ideas into meaningful projects, including contributing to the development of MoveMobility’s headquarters. That experience reinforced something he deeply values: great outcomes start with strong relationships. He enjoys getting to know the people behind each organization, understanding what matters to their riders and communities, and helping them move forward with confidence.
