This September, leaders from paramedic services across Ontario will come together in London for the Ontario Association of Paramedic Chiefs’ Fall Symposium and Annual General Meeting. The four-day gathering at RBC Place is designed for collaboration, education, and connection among decision-makers in emergency medical services.

The program features:

  • Conference sessions that explore the evolving challenges and opportunities in paramedicine

  • Networking events that bring chiefs and senior leaders together to share insights

  • An exhibitor showcase with more than 60 companies presenting products and solutions that support the paramedic community

The Fall Symposium is a key touchpoint for paramedic leadership in Ontario, offering a space to share knowledge, strengthen partnerships, and look ahead at the future of service delivery.

Official Rules – MoveMobility OAPC 2025 Booth Draw

1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by MoveMobility Inc., 3111 Wharton Way, Mississauga, ON L4X 2B6, Canada (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are age 18 or older and attending the OAPC 2025 Fall Symposium in London, Ontario (September 23–25, 2025). Employees of MoveMobility Inc., their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM ET on September 23, 2025 and ends at 3:00 PM ET on September 25, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants must drop a business card at MoveMobility Booth #46 at the OAPC 2025 Fall Symposium. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary.

5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: JBL Party Box 310 Speaker (Approximate Retail Value: CAD $600). No cash alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 26, 2025. The winner will be contacted using the information provided on their business card. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Skill-Testing Question
To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor.

8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes and any other costs or expenses not specified herein.

9. Privacy (PIPEDA Compliance)
Personal information collected from entrants (including name, phone number, email, or other details provided on business cards) will be used by the Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering this Contest, contacting the winner, and, if consent is provided, for future marketing communications. Information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Contest and will be managed in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting Sponsor at [insert contact email].

10. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these rules.

11. Release
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of the prize.

12. Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein

What happens if you submit the form?

We understand that you don’t want to receive multiple phone calls, emails or spam. You just want to speak to a commercial mobility specialist who can answer your questions about accessible and mobile medical vans.

If you submit the form or request more information from us, here’s what will happen:

  • Within one business day, you’ll receive a phone call from one of our commercial mobility specialists at the phone number you provide. Click here to Meet the Team.
  • If we miss you on the phone, you’ll receive a voice message to call us back. You’ll also get an email to let you know we tried to connect but missed you.
  • Once we’ve connected, your commercial mobility specialist will have a few questions for you to understand what type of vehicle you’re looking for help with.
