Who We Are Not A Good Fit For

 All over Canada organizations contact us about their wheelchair-accessible and medical van needs. But, this does not mean we are a good fit for everyone.

Our clients come from a wide range of industries. These include adult daycare programs, Indigenous communities, public transit, health authorities, outreach services and more. To help you determine if we are a good fit, we have identified four scenarios we do not specialize in below.

We are not a good fit for you if:

The lowest price is the only concern.

We respect that organizations have different funding structures and that budgets are important. At MoveMobility, we do not cut corners especially when it comes to your passengers’ safety, accessibility, and mobility. The lowest-cost accessible van is not always the best for your passengers.
 

Your focus is on large, cutaway buses.

In the past, mobility transportation providers relied on large, modified buses for their fleet. We bring the most modern, efficient vehicles to market by focusing our innovations on Euro-style ‘van’ vehicles. If you are looking for a large cutaway bus with a 12+ passenger capacity and are unable to explore other options, we may not have a vehicle that fits your needs.

You want to buy an accessible van from a “dealership”.

Vehicle dealerships often focus on winning your business instead of your client’s best interest. MoveMobility is a manufacturer, not a traditional dealership, so the buying process is different. We take time to have conversations about your budgets, fears, challenges and goals to understand your needs. Time = money, but we also understand the wrong solution costs a lot more.

Your organization only buys locally.

Due to the geographical size and population distribution of our country, we work with clients in every Canadian province. We are centrally located in Winnipeg, MB and Mississauga, ON to provide sales and service to you regardless of your location. You can enjoy your own, personal virtual walkthrough demonstrations. If your organization restricts itself to specific vendors based on your location, we may not be the best fit for you.

You are looking to buy wheelchairs or home/personal mobility products.

We do not sell wheelchairs or home/personal mobility products. Our product-line includes wheelchair accessible vehicles and mobile medical vans only.

You are looking for a standard cargo van or passenger-only van

We specialize in converting vans to be wheelchair accessible and also customize vans for mobile healthcare.
